after you beat gideon there is a quest for estate

Gideon were is this at some boss, main quest line?

Main quest line final boss of the campaign :) after that you get a quest to the town and there is a guard in the same room which gives you an estate quest and tutorial

final boss of game? what campaign?

The main story quest is called "The Black Tower". It shows up a bit later in the Campaign, probably at around 85% completion. You'll speak with Don Diego sometime after fighting Gideon, and after you speak with him, the guard standing next to him will have the Estate quest to begin it's unlock and tutorial.
