How do I get Warrior Talents?

I got some from prestige chests.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any Talents from any of my Prestige Quests.
My friend took me to a high level dungeon and we got some from the chest after completing it.

I really dont like dungeons at all, so Im just waiting for the weekly prestige quests to roll around again so I can get some, my main character is only doing the estate business once a day while I level 2 other characters. Its a shame that there are these annoying requirements in this game. Why are the devs trying to force us into dungeons and pvp? We all enjoy different apsects of MMORPG's and we shouldnt be forced into certain types of content to advance our story.
It would be better if warrior tokens dropped (as well as in dungeons) for gathering, crafting, taming, lairs, fishing, estate working, all areas that I and others enjoy more than dungeons.

by prestige quests they mean the once a week blue chests from each city with red icon quest. other ways are from the blue boxes from weekly bosses

to get 150 just for a Mainstoryquest is stupid, they are so hard to get.

Yeah I know, this is another area that needs tweaking I think.
