what is max enchantment crafting level for mage ?

Doesn't depend on class, same for everyone. When you raise a skill to the end of 10, you can promote it to 11. This can be done for all skills on the same character. But you need to select a skill to master, that you can promote from 11 to 12. Only one crafting mastery per character.

how do i do that ? do i keep crafting untill i reach 12 ??? sorry is even 12 max lvl ???

For level 11 u will need to finish a crafting chain quests. Just look on map for it. For cooking its in Sperios (maybe other crafting jobs are too in Sperios, idk), after you complete the quests and reach level 10 max then just promote that job to unlock level 11. Sadly, but only 1 crafting job can be level 12, others can be level 11. Right now max level is 12.
