Same publisher: Neowiz (Bandai Namco of America only manages the Xbox One version.....they have no say or control over the PC version)

Different Developer: Round8 Studios (okay, kinda because Round8 is still an in-house development studio for Neowiz Entertainment just like how Neowiz Bless Studio was so it's almost pretty much the same developer if you think of it that way)

Same Engine: The game still uses Unreal Engine just like Bless Online did.....the only difference is that it uses Unreal Engine 4 rather than how Bless Online used Unreal Engine 3.

Just pointing that out but yeah, I don't expect Neowiz to compensate ANYONE who bought a founder pack or bought Bless Online in any way. So I would advise everyone to be very cautious about thinking about jumping to this one.

I was able to get a refund like a week after buying the Game. You lingered too long. It was obvious the game was done. They owe you nothing. They provided you with a very VALUABLE lesson.

Are you seriously comparing a Car Purchase to a shxt MMORPG that failed in 5 Regions? He had more than enough clues that thew game might suck and still bought it "cuz Waifus". I don't feel sorry for him and Neowiz owes him nothing.

yes they alrdy new they would fail but grab money regardless making good cinematic and gameplay videos is the advertising that get people to pay in our days (most of the time that is) trailers and cinematics is the selling of games, and they did that even tho they new they would fail,
and to add up if u look at the internet alot of buyers of bless online did not know the bagground and history of NEOWIZ bless, they just looked for a nice mmo to play and saw the videos of the game,(alot of the videos/cinematics they showed as bless online wasn't even bless online it was their former FAIL game from other regions) that NEOWIZ ofc have kept awesome and untruthfull, the gameplay trailers they used for bless online should have shown lag, poor combat and major optimization problems, and not include either huge pvp battles because that was not possible due to bad optimization, and furthermore showed the wolf and lion form for the 2 races that should be able to transform, which they couldn't, in general it should not be the players job to check EVERY detail of a game, except gameplay trailer and trailers in general, and read reveiws, but since the game hadn't launched there was no reveiws to read,even their website advertised the wolf and lion form

Round 8 Studios = Neowiz Bless Studios.

The Game is a re-brand of Bless Online's assets, they cost tons of money so it is normal to want to use them again.

UE3 to UE4 is a good upgrade however.
