They aren't Neowiz they are another developer and only the Bless IP is used for Story/Lore.
What makes you think they won't pull off, same scam?
(early cash in, close the game after less than a year, without putting any effort to fix it)
Report these scammers to Steam as Fraud and Broken and make them withdraw permission to publish on their platform.

Before insulting others who tell truth, look at yourself and check if you are not the one whom you call others...
This is not only the same Neowiz, that already scammed many players. These guys are even shameless enough to openly mock player base - they attempt to scam players 8-th time and call themselves... Round8:
Round 1 - Bless launch in Korea
Round 2 - Bless launch in Russia
Round 3 - Bless Remastered launch in Korea
Round 4 - Bless Launch in Japan
Round 5 - Bless Online launch on Steam
Round 6 - Bless Unleashed launch on Xbox
Round 7 - Bless Mobile
and now we see Round 8 announced - Bless Unleashed for PC (second attempt in a row on the same platform - Steam)
This is unheard arrogance and shameless scam, worth immediate report to Steam for being fraud. And if Steam fails to ban these scammers, then they are participating in this crime too.
Avoid packs, It will be Free To Play, I'll judge by myself.
No, Bandai Namco is publisher for Xbox, when it comes to PC they don't want to have anything to do with it, which in it self says much about whats about to happen to this game too.
The Original Developers for BLESS ONLINE, merged with their parent company (NEOWIZ) and changed their name to ROUND8.
