hi, any advice on unlocking Truly Blessed achievement? i unlocked the re-roll, is that all i can do or is there anything else i can do to offset the RNG.

Nope its all RNG even if you re roll it, it only give you the same option. (rerolling weapon cart curio only give weapon) . so you really need to find 3 shop the weapon , the talent and the spell curio. my advice is to not rush to the next thread (make 1 shotting enemies easier) and just explore every room and retire the hero if you cant find the 3 cart. ( dont lock the world with architect) if the weapon or the talent is bad you can just ignore it and take it after you got 3 cart

Probably the easiest way to do it is to drop all the way back to NG+0 where you can one-shot most things and just speedrun through the areas. Don't try and kill or loot, just rush through every room looking for Curio shops. As has been said, rerolls don't help since each shop only swaps between one type of blessing.

Apart from maxing out the world size burden there's not much else you can do.
