Hi! I'm on NG+1 now and was wearing only leather armor all the time since start of the game. There is just no chance for me to pick something else, because in that case I would have so low Resolve that I will be able to pick 1 or 2 relics... Is it just me or something wrong with weights? I have invested an adequate amount of points at the moment in weights perks.

Relics are nice, but they're not necessarily required, and having the enhanced base stats of a good armor set can be helpful. But, if you're committed to resolve, I'd recommend only the Leather Trinket +1, as that alone will give you the first unity bonus for Leather (+20% resolve). Therefore, even at the heavy threshold, that's still a 95% bonus. Also, look into maxing out aerobics classroom if you haven't already, as that means you can equip up to 90% of your weight capacity and still remain in the heavy threshold.
