If you are, she is definitely a pain, but her attacks are dodgeable. The main thing is that a lot of her attacks will spawn the chasing projectiles and you NEED to get rid of those quickly. The trick to Naamah is that you need to be more proactive in dealing with her attacks. You can't just wait for them to get close to you, you need to look for a good opening. As for the Nightmares, you should try and figure out where you want to be standing while attacking and take out the Nightmares in that area. I'd recommend tagging one then immediately going to tag the other while waiting for the scroll to explode.
In my opinion, upgraded Naamah is the hardest boss in the game. She tends to have fewer openings than other bosses and you need to plan ahead more to deal with her attacks. Ranged weapons tend to be a bit better against her since you can get by with only disabling one Nightmare at a time and can stay further away from her. Burn/poison can also help you damage her while you are dodging.
As for defensive measures, most of Naamah's attacks are considered large projectiles so anything that only blocks up to medium won't help you against them. However, the Nightmare projectiles seem to be medium since I used the Thorn Shield to block them before. Wind wall is pretty good and Shockwave can also help. Getting a defensive talent can also work wonders (though the Valkyrie one won't help much).
Naamah will almost always be in the middle of an attack, so you can't really wait for an opening. You need to attack her while she's winding up an attack and just deal with whatever she throws at you. This is the case with 3/5 Aggression anyways.
For the vertical Lily wall, spin kick cancel into an air dash through the void orbs to deal with it quickly.
For the heart-shaped barrier, just dash out of it and ignore it, really.
For the homing stream of Lilies, just spin kick them. You can maneuver them into a clump to take them all out with 1 or 2 kicks to save time.
That's it, really. I hardly ever use any Large Projectile-blocking spells so I'm used to fighting her without them. She's definitely a tough cookie, but the above strat is what I use every time.
Lily wall is a s super tricky because spin kick moves me up to point where are lilies ar alive and I can't dash through them. I need to wait while I fall back to no-lily space in wall. But it takes too much time, there are usually appears another projectiles to deal with.

Anyway this video looks like a pure suffering :)
Haha, it is a hard boss. And you can spin kick cancel into dash at any point in the wall, it's just tougher to do.
