Full House achievement? I seem to have gotten everyone including Ladon

So everything I'm reading about this achievement says to make sure you befriend everyone you can speak to so that hearts show above their head, and also Ladon. The only two I haven't had that happen with are the soul shop twins, and the old man that does the scar challenges.

At this point I'm on NG+14, I've gotten the true ending, I've almost golded every scar challenge (by bluntly going through with a bunch of classes and empathies) and I have not yet seen either of these NPCs speak to me once.

Have I been breaking records for bad luck in getting these two to speak to me?

I don't know who else it could be.

Also separate question: I've full cleared the last two runs so I haven't been able to get back to town to trigger potentially new dialogues or get the last of the scar challenges done. Is there a way to do that between threads or do you need to die at least once?

When you start a new thread and get thrown at the tutorial, quit to main menu and then when you resume the game you will be at the docks. Don't skip the tutorial or it won't work.

As for the achievement, i don't really remember exactly but i think it was:
To befriend the twins you need to purchase Cosmic Overload, and for the old man you have to get at least bronze on ALL the scars

You should also check the jukebox, if it has a song still locked, it will block you from getting the achievement.
