Some Questions (SPOILERS)

So Im currently on NG15, have all achievements and am currently just trying to max out the soul shop and get all my chars to level 50, and do charons tribute level to max, then im fully done with the game, i have all scars on gold, everything, but theres still 2/3 things im curious about, or missing

1. On the end screen where you see all the enemies, I seem to be missing one enemy, the one before the Angler (the huge lantern boi) and I dont know where to find him, can u guys help me?

2. Theres this one secret wall, where you go to a fairy chest next to a small house you can only enter with dwarfism, ive entered it with the ronin ability, but maybe there is a prompt you can only access when you are a dwarf, so im asking, is there anything inside of that?

and 3rd. Im currently back on NG15 because im just rushing through the castle farming money and XP.
And I noticed that when I finished my first run, I got soul orbs from Jonah and Cain (300 each), but when I finished again, I didnt get them again. (I was just checking if u can infinitely farm soul orbs now)
So then I went into NG12 and did the same thing there, and I only got the soul orbs once again.

Do I really need to go through every NG again, just to get those soul orbs again? Cant they make it so you automatically get them or something, because this is kind of annoying :T

1. That's the eye from one of the scar challenges. Just beat that one more time to get the entry. The game doesn't register kills from patches earlier than 0.8 i think.

2. There is nothing in the house.

3. Yes, you only get soul orbs once per NG cycle. So if you want to get all of the upgrades you have to go to higher NG cycles. I did the math for me and i would have to reach around NG +70 to buy out the entire soul shop.
You can trade Iron and Aether for soul orbs now in 1.0 but it does get really expensive eventually. So i would say it's not worth farming soul orbs like that.

thank you for 1 and 2, but for the third one...

I know that I can get them once per NG Cycle, but what im saying is, that im somewhere around NG30, but apparently for Jonah and Cain, I didnt get the soul orbs from NG cycle 0-29, because i finished cycle 0-29 before the update...

So i would need to go through NG cycle 0-29 again, just to get the 600 soul orbs from each cycle for jonah and cain, and i think that should be patched in someway

You don't have to play previous NG's to gather souls from the last 2 bosses. Souls are checked programmatically, so if you first time you killed the final boss was in NG+30, then they're going to drop 3000 souls (from NG+0 to NG+30). Then from NG+31 and on, they'll begin to drop 100 souls.

OH, and I know this thread is closed, but ive got one more question...
Is it actually possible to get NG70 as the person above said, or formulated better, do you think its actually reallistically possible to max out the soul orb shop without farming for an eternity?

NG cycles are unlimited with the full release, so the only thing to stop you from going all the way is your motivation^^

Yeah, but im pretty sure even when you dont put more burdens, the enemies still do more damage and get more health per run, so at some point the enemies are going to have so much hp and one shot you its probably going to be impossible to beat

Sure, at some point the enemies will outscale you. But to reach that point will take a long while.
I'm currently at NG+37 and have bought 30 upgrades on the soul shop for all of the 4 upgrade packs. And i'm feeling like i am too strong for that NG level. I can easily full clear the entire game everytime. I guess i could keep up with NG+45, maybe 50 already.
So if i imagine what my stats would be once i buy everything from the soul shop, upgrade my castle to the absoulte max and get the level 50 bonus for every class, i would probably still be able to keep up with NG+70 which i would need to reach to even get everything or even more.

I was just wondering how many times am i gonna die to maxout in this game, reading tc's post im cringing at the level of grind this game has.
