Stuck in the initial area, can't progress

Solved. There's a part in the tower area where you need to go outside and spin kick the spines to proceed.

You need to get the echo boots heirloom to progress to the 2nd area.

The heirloom you need to traverse Axis Mundi can be found LITERALLY IN THE FIRST ROOM OF THE BIOME!

To get into the Study (the fourth biome on the intended route) you want to explore the first three biomes first as you need the double jump heirloom from the third biome.

And to get into the Dry Lake (or to get more light to be more accurate) you need to beat the boss of the fifth biome as the Dry Lake is supposed to be the last one you do.

I would recommend looking around the part of Axis Mundi you can access. There's a door you can go through.

In the first room of Axis you will see a series of lanterns you can spin kick off of that lead to a door. This door will take you to a tower you need to platform up to find the spin kick upgrade that will open the rest of Axis to you. in the forest area you will need to find the double jump boots to access the boss and the study.

part of the game is figuring it out, if you think of it as a puzzle and go slow, its definitely easy enough you wont need a guide

I didn't see the outdoor area to the right with spikes and just thought I couldn't progress any further. Already got the relic, thanks :)

use the QUESTS tab in the menu to point you towards whats next in the story, btw

You being incapable of finding a thing is not terrible game design, it's you being bad at exploring despite having a map to showcase any directions you haven't gone yet

i love how most complains about the game are just people being bad at the game. i assume all of them are from young people since older fellas used to play games with no check points or tutorials. either you finish the game in one sitting or you got o sleep !

I took back what I said in my previous reply, the game is great and the part I was stuck in was fairly easy to figure out. But you two are probably more interested in necroing already solved threads to trash talk
