how do you win this puzzle challenge?

i had boots to ignore spikes, but i wonder how youre supposed to do it otherwise. like is it really tied to a relic/skill (like ivy plattform?)

Obscura, Ivy Platform, Combat Roll, Perfect Blocking the spikes and Hermes' Boots are all options for getting that Fairy Chest. Some Fairy Chest challenges you just can't do without the proper setup.
