Other than that, if you buy more rune upgrades in the soul shop you will face the problem from the other direction: You won't have enough rune capacity for everything you want to equip.
You've misunderstood my problem; I have bought all soul shop upgrades, and have almost maxed out my rune cap. I have enough red aether to buy every rune upgrade. The ones i listed are those that i have equipped. I'm wondering what i should prioritise with my last bit of rune capacity.
Take at least 1 Siphon Rune if you're playing Gunslinger or Boxer, as just 1 kicks you into 4 mana per hit from 3. If you're using 50 Unity Leviathan, use 2 so you go from 4 to 5.
Other than that just build according to your class' strengths.
I say "may" because sometimes they don't. Ticks happen every 0.5 sec so if one amp runes don't add enough to reach that, it won't add a tick. Don't have the right numbers so you'd need to experiment (or wait until I check this myself as I need to at some point).
Vault/Dash/Haste runes are up to preferences, so no advice, add as you need.
I'd drop the bounty, +20% gold where you're at (you seem to be far enough in the game as to have 5 runes)) isn't worth the 80 rune weight you're using. Put it into more ore or something else.
I run 5 Resolve but that's like Vault/Dash/Haste, it's up to preferences so see if you ever feel like you needed more resolve or if you're fine.
You might want to add a few sharpened runes, either for the crit chance if you don't skill crit often, or for the super crit chance if you do.
Add some High stakes ! No sense in increasing super crit chance if you also don't increase the super crit multiplier for its damage. They're also great if you find Obelisks, as they make that relic a lot better.
Check to see if you ever lose lots of armor during a run and if you do, add some Quenching runes (they're also useful as healing but only if you really need it)
I don't know if you use Magic Damage a lot (spells, talents, relics) but if you do, the Eldar/Focal runes could be of some use.
