How can i edit saves/cheat?

I lost my save file today, i really don't want to do everything manually again.

I'd like to edit a save, or just use some cheats, to get back to where i was.
I'd spent about 140k gold, unlocked about 40% of the equipment, one each of all but two runes, about lv5-9 with most classes

how can i edit this information into a new save? Doesnt need to be exact, just somewhere in the right area to save most of the work

RL 2 has a backup save system

C:\Users\[YOUR PC]\AppData\LocalLow\Cellar Door Games\Rogue Legacy 2\Saves\Steam\[YOUR CRAZY STEAM ID NUMBER]\

Profile 0-4 is slave slots 1-5. You can open up the Backup folder in the appropriate slot and then copy paste the backup data over the live one.

While doing this always back up your current just in case
