"Poisonous Thoughts" Insight - Where is the switch?

I have searched everywhere on Stygian's Study and I can't find the switch to complete this insight. Anyone knows where it's hidden? Thanks

I spent so much time looking for this "switch". IMHO, making it completely hidden is just a bad mechanic in the game.

I found this insight after already beated the boss. Was just for the completion.

And yeah, totally hidden is a weird mechanic.

I accidentally figured it out before even finding those notes because I was playing as a gunslinger and happened to be reloading with the use button while standing on the edge lmao, although yeah totally hidden is kinda confusing.

What room in the study has the switch?

There's a switch to get to that insight? I had no clue. The bridge was present when I walked towards the edge. It was my 3rd time finding that area, first time with a bridge. I chalked it up to RNG, but it turns out I actually did something to get it to appear there.

More clarity for that in-game would be nice, even if it is supposed to be a secret.

Once you have the heirloom from the area, void dash in the library to get to the middle door.
Check ALL of the books. Memorize the one that doesn't match. Repeat for about 6 generations.
