As far as the manor goes, I remember it being the last time we get a complete reset.
If we get new skills in it, they'll probably be added (or replace the temporary "bridges" skill). Don't quote me on that (and things can change).
As for the soul shop, if the devs can make a sort of respec/reset, they'll add it for sure, too many people have been asking for it. The question is: is it possible easily, and won't it end up being too expensive for them?
For the players? Well, that's adjustable. Give it a hefty gold cost to avoid abuse (if that is even necessary), and you are good to go.
A new player is heavily punished by experimentation (= "play"!) in the soul shop in the current state. Punishing experimentation/play is bad for a game, so I am reasonably confident they will fix this issue by the next update.
OP mentioned they have no more NG cycles left to get more soul.
My main complaint with the system is that you're forced to choose Str or Int. With the 10 level cap I thought I'd be able to max both and have some fun mage characters, but with a 50 cap it's unrealistic that I'll ever get magic dmg to catch up to physical.
I don't think STR and INT should be separate soultree's though. Runes and armor sets are sufficient for making a mage/melee style per run. Either combine STR and INT to a 400soulstone group or maybe split str+int and crit/spellcrit trees.
Also, what actually is that last unlockable thing in the Soul Shop? What does it do and how much does it cost? I need to buy three more items to see for myself, apparently.
Last upgrade increases the cap on many soul shop upgrades. For ex you can get gear +9 and up to 10 runes, and the stat upgrade go to 50 I think (have yet to unlock it myself)
Do the last five gear upgrades cost 300 each? More?
Each upgrade doesn't do a whole lot stat-wise, and it also increases weight fyi. I'm aiming for +6 as that allows up to two 100 Unity bonuses active at once. You have to go to +9 to get 3.
