How do you get Red Aether/Blood
I somehow got 690 (pre patch?) and now I'm never finding any.

EDIT : Fairy chests, turns out I haven't been too good at them lately.

here is how to aquire the currencies in the game:

Blood currency you get from opening fairy chests that you've depleted the item pool from (so lower biomes have higher chance of getting depleted pools first)

The ingot currency you get from finishing the red portal challenges
