The Atropos' Scissors relic needs a buff

Here is the effect: Atropos' Scissors, 30 resolves, critical damage from spells and weapons increased by 15% (additive, not multiplicative)

At early game, you have like only several % of critical chance. Spending 30 resolves for critical damage is pretty dumb as you basically can't crit most of the time.

At late game, you have like over 200% of critical damage. Spending 20 resolves (10 less resolve with the upgrade) for that 15% extra critical damage isn't a nice trade neither. (Say you got 40% critical chance and 200% critical damage. 15% extra critical damage is pretty much equal to only 3.33% increase in damage.)

Crit will be revamped in a future patch. Maybe this relic will be worth while then.
