No it doesn't: https://imgur.com/elnsfqI
edit: skip this, it's wrong, and look at the next one. Sorry :)
Fair point. Completely forgot about that, nice catch.
Anyway, jump, spin-kick the 2nd lantern, dash, spin-kick the third lantern, spin-kick the fourth one, land in front of the door.
Will make a video later if I have time (I'll try to find a char without void bell too just in case)

It's probably my least favorite area so far. Not that it's bad per se. I'm just not that much of a fan of that straight line design of the area. I kind of miss that searching for the path to the boss and exploring the area.
Axis still does what it is supposed to do in a decent way. But i prefer the more labyrinth like design of the other areas.
wow it's nice solution
cause youtube told it need double jump :p
I personally like Axis Mundi for the variety it provides to the map, but you're right to say that the learning curve could be softened. Being able to get the echo kick a little earlier might help give players the chance to get used to it.
Also, maybe a few faery chest rooms in the Citadel could be added that benefit from, but don't require, it.
its possible without double jump just damage boost ( i think that this was the right way xD)
And with a Double dash Rune you can do the double jump room too =D
