Report a translation problem
Though I also wonder about the inclusion of guaranteed health items at waypoints in RL1 and the absence of such in RL2. This was clearly a deliberate design choice, and it probably has a purpose. Perhaps discouraging people from having to keep track of where health items still remain? (An unfun task which disadvantages you severely if you don't do it.)
Assuming the above is true, having a guaranteed pizza at the Pizza Mundi shop would still be a good idea, imo. It's just one spot, and the thematic advantage is obvious enough.
