any help where it actuallyy is...I've spun around the lights at entrance/used magic in case of breakable wall but no luck

had some problems finding it myself, its the ceiling at the 2 turning gears.
just infront of the boss room use magic :D

You're supposed to follow the little torch on the building rather than the blue lamps. If you can reach the roof, you can see how they form a path to the 2 wheels.
Not the most helpful clue, but if you have a magic like Flame Barrier, you can find it by hugging the walls.

yeah the clue threw me...I was thinking the breakable wall was around the blue lamps. the lamp route isnt really required once you broke the wall (you could 'feel' it out)
