Need some help finding the sun latern..

I searched the entire map and still havent found any clues at how i can get that item. Or is it supposed for the new biome to be so damn dark....

You need to have killed Irad. Then the Nameless Knight will give it to you at the start of Pishon.

I got all bosses down and still haven't received any rewards from nameless knight

I have this problem as well. I beat irad and went to pishon and the knight hasn't shown up. I'm going to try getting back to the boss room and talking with the knight again.

If the AppData\LocalLow folder is hidden, you can access it by typing in %appdata% in the Windows search bar, and it will lead you to AppData\Roaming. From there you can go back a folder to find LocalLow.

I had a save file where I was at NG+4. I went back to NG+0 to try it out. I did Pishon Lake first and didn't see the knight. I beat Pishon Lake without the lantern, then went through and beat all the other bosses. I went back and the knight still wasn't there.

So on NG+1 I went through all the bosses in order and talked to the knight after each one in each respective biome. When I got to Pishon Lake this time, the knight was there and gave me the lantern.

I don't know what exactly I did but if you start a new thread like that and beat them all in order and talk to the knight each time and then do Pishon Lake last, it may ensure he appears like it did for me

I have sended my save file "Profile 0 save state" on a zip folder plz do check it out and let me know what's going on cause fighting in a new biome with everything been so damn dark is kinda annoying, can't dodge, don't know where enemy or traps are getting hit by everything ruins the total experience of the game for me.

Ahh, thanks for sending this. It turns out this happens if you beat the Cave boss before getting the lantern. We didn't think people would be able to pull that off. Shame on us for underestimating players again. We will have a fix for the next patch.

Can we confirm with the other folk experiencing this problem that you have already beaten the Cave boss without the lantern?

Yup that's what happened with me. Beat the boss without and it didn't appear in that thread. Had to start a new thread and beat all in order to fix

Yup, me too, same reason, I went from NG+6 to NG+0 to farm new boss, so it was not a big deal to navigate through darkness (although annoying face tanking ofc).

Another similar bug I encounter - pizza guy (or girl, whatever) do not appear in location with lantern guy. Only one of them. Lantern is higher in priority, not a big issue, but you can look at this as well.

I still (after updating the game) cannot find the lantern. I went from NG+2 to NG+1 and beat all bosses, except Tubal.
There is no khight at the beginning of the level.
