There's a bug with this chapter. I can't play through it because at a certain point during a cutscene, the screen goes white, then the game crashes. There was a similar issue with the Lavoger fight: after he wiped out your team the game would crash. The same thing happens here, in the second part of this chapter when the screen fades to white.
There's no way for me to do the new story content, which is a bummer because it looks really fun.

Can confirm, same thing just happened to me when the screen went white

I guess I'm not the only one, same thing happened to me. I hope they fix it.

The only thing I can suggest is for everyone having this issue to send a bug report to the devs. Go to "Inquiries" from the main menu in-game and then select "report an error". Describe what's happening and if you can, attach a video clip (mp4) of when you try to do the quest, up until the moment when it crashes. They may not even be aware so many are having this problem, so if you haven't yet, be sure to report the issue.

Having the exact same problem. Sent a report to the Devs. The response was: (Send us a video of the problem so we can identify the issue. I guess they think I'm lying about it or something. Really pisses me off. I thought Blizzard customer service was garbage, but I think WFS sets a whole new bar for crappy customer service. A true new lowest of the low. You don't need a video or screenshot of the (incident) WFS, you just need to get off your asses and FIX the damn problem! ASAP AND EFFEN HAIAKU!
