Whisper of Time drops

The last two days i haven't gotten any whisper of time drops.
Is there something i need to do to continue getting them? The campaign still shows up in the dream menu and the event says it ends march 31 and i'm stuck at 7/10 drops.

Gonna have to submit a ticket on their official site as WFS (the game devs) don't respond on Steam. I was wondering about why the free chest for green/red tickets appears to have been removed from the game as well. I honestly don't know any game dev that does other than the SoT folks.

The delivery period for whisper of time drops ended February 16th. The use period for the last whisper you received and the 5 star guaranteed banner ends March 31st.

Np, the timing of the drops is actually different for everyone but it typically starts once a new player/account reaches the chapter 2 content and typically lasts around a month according to the WFS' main website, multiple social media posts, and misc threads I was able to quickly locate. Occasionally they decide to renew it for various events and whatnot but it's extremely rare. I actually just started over on Steam and my drops are currently stuck at 5 so yeah. Fyi there's actually a Reddit and extensive Wiki for this game so plenty of community involvement and info out there to find but I will share them here:
