Unable to transfer data
I tried to transfer my data from my phone to the PC, however it has always failed. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you make a transfer code on your phone? Did you bind it to your google account?

that's the easy way. also note though, that if you bind it to your google account, you MUST use your google account to retrieve it on the other platform. using the generated code/password inherent to the game server will no longer work. it doesn't notify you of this, which may be why you think you are unable to transfer your data. if you ONLY used the code system, then use that, but if you went google or other account link, you have to use that.

Hmm, I was wondering if only the last transfer method used is the only one that was still active. (I tried generating a transfer when I started the game using all 3 methods. The last one I used was the game's internal ID code generation.)

They never tell you if you can use more than one transfer method.

I used my google account to transfer. The pop up came out and I was able to log into my google account. Once logged in, the pop up on the game disappeared but then gets stuck on the screen where you choose the methods of transfer...

I just wanna play ^^ but its not letting me :(

Try verify Steam's game files and then try to log in if it doesn't work then better contact with them, they will be happy to help you out and they reply extremely fast.

Es imperativo siempre en anaden al empezar, que al generar su propio código de usuario, generar también la clave de usuario y el password personalizado para ese tipo de tareas, creo va mejor que cualquier otro método.

Did you choose the correct region? It will only accept codes from the same region. If you had set your region on your phone to some different region than on your pc, then it will not find or accept this transfer code. Yeah, they are region locked.

(this is especially fun, if you creted your code during a time your region didn´t exist yet, and you had to chose some other region and forgot, which it was - support won´t tell you for "safety reasons")
