Finished Chapter 21 and 22 (warning: story spoilers)

Well I just finished chapter 21 (tower of stars) tonight, and wow! I was not expecting it to end like *that*! These aren't so much actual questions; and *please don't spoil future story for me*! Just wanted to post my thoughts. In chronological order...

- Wow, they killed off King Palsifal just like that?! (I went back to his throne room to check, and nope he's not there) I'd have thought Cyrus would react to his king's death. More importantly, wouldn't killing a king itself screw up the timeline?

- Huh? The Oracle has been stuck in Antiquity all along? But then... How did he talk to Aldo at the end of the orbital lab above Elzion chapter?

- Ah, another reference to a time period 'long before Antiquity'. This was talked about too in the auction/treasure hunting episode. Wonder whether we'll actually get to explore more time periods than just 3 later in the game...
-- The reference to mere 'thousands' of years, rather than millions or billions, is kinda an odd choice though. Makes the Another Eden universe's timeline so tiny compared to our actual universe's.

- Ouch. Tragic death scene. I kinda thought he'd hold on somehow because this seemed like one of those stories where good characters are not allowed to die (except in backstories). But not this time. Aldo kept his composure well though; he's normally such an overreactor.

- Stupid villain (Vares) is stupid. As usual. Did he forget Aldo killed his king earlier? Kinda concerned about this next chapter though, because the beastkins' new leader is Feinne's friend, and I don't want to kill her off.

- Umm... So I knew that Beast King Castle would be coming up sooner or later just from the blacksmith telling me locations that I've not yet reached in the story. But there's also been this location in 300 AD that Synth Hydra was willing to take me; so I just assumed the two were the same. But no, Beast King Castle is exactly what it's called, so... What's Rucyana (spelling might be wrong) for...?

Well considering that I saw her as a gain-able party member on the wiki it's unlikely she'll be killed off... But not sure of this...

To make up for the lack of climatic reward in finishing off a certain episode, I went ahead and did Chapter 22. Way overpowered due to having full Tower of Stars AD gear, even including stardust armor, so to make it more challenging, I cleared the whole castle without using HP or MP recovery except for the free recovery heroes get for being in backup, and a weak regeneration skill on one hero. Yes, that includes defeating all 3 horrors!

That boss battle was strange... Boss kept using up its turns on cutscenes & dialogue instead of actually attacking. It attacked once after the background changed; but despite the flashy animations that apparently did no damage. And then it used its last-ditch attack which... ehhh... I'll leave it at that.

Oh geez no, another tragic cutscene! Noooo... I really didn't want that to happen... :(

- What??? The Another Dungeon is 9 levels above Tower of Stars AD?! How could that be? Each AD has only been like 3 or 4 above the previous one, so I thought this one would be too. Ughh...
- Nice, a new whole new episode for Deidre, lucky gal
- Oh, an Aprocrypha... Like episodes but even larger, eh? Heh, most episodes seem pretty big already...
- Alright, alright, actual question: Where are Altena's tears? It said I got this item after the boss battle; but I don't see it in my Items menu (should be in Key items, right? where else would it be?)

Some bosses react in unique ways when certain conditions are met, such as hitting weakness or much more commonly, when hitting an hp stopper. An hp stopper is exactly what it sounds like, a point where excess damage beyond a point is rendered pointless for that attack(even stops another force). For the story version of Anguirus, when it hits 60%, 40%, 20%, and 10%, it'll do that cutscene attack instead of an actual attack while simultaneously debuffing you. At 10% if you let it survive for an extra turn or two, it would have hit you with 9999 fixed damage.

As for Altena's Tears, I don't think this one's an actual item. I don't see it anywhere, and it's not on the wiki.

- Actually, I did get hit with that 9999 damage to front line attack. But everyone survived with 1 hp. Anguirus acknowledged this in dialogue. It was just like the encounter with Beast King at the start of the game.
- No Altena's Tears? Weird. Replayed the scene by visiting the bard. Right after the... tragedy... the screen goes black and this shows: https://ibb.co/WpGc8qg
- Speaking of replaying the scene by visiting the bard, that doesn't show the in-battle cutscenes. Too bad :( There were some cool-looking cutscenes there. Looks like I'm going to have to get strong enough for the Lv 64 AD to see those again... Ouch!
- Aldo blocked Feinne from joining the party, booo! Must be because he's jealous that she's on the game's title/loading screen & he's not!
- There's no wiki entry for Beast King's Castle or Beast King's Castle AD. Wow, what an omission! It has entries for every little material, but manages to miss an entire dungeon...
- Ok, actual question... What does Support badge do? Got it as soon as the tome unlocked, but all it says is "Obtain Support". (And come to think of it, could ask the same for Focus badge. Got that awhile ago, then just took it off & forgot about it when I didn't see any effect)

Ah forgot about that last part of surviving. As for the tears, it is possible they simply forgot to turn it into an actual item. I don't "think" it comes up again, and if it does, it could have been removed/used up which is why I can't see it, but for you who just did that part... oh well.

Well this is weird. Going to the wiki main page and searching for Beast King's Castle (or even just Beast King) turns up nothing on my mobile phone; that's why I made that point. But it turns up the correct results when I go there on my computer; and clicking that link directly works even on my mobile phone.

This week is a public holiday by the way; I'm free all week :)
Got to pace myself, hehe. Another Eden can suck me in and leave me feeling burnt out if I don't pace myself.

Edit: Kind of curious where Feinne went. The majority of Baroki is talking about how glad they are that she's back; but Feinne herself is gone. Hmm... Guessing I gotta either continue the main story or start the aprocrypha to see her again...
