... with 540 hours playtime logged in Steam when I *EFFING FINALLY* got the Rakshasa Tome to promote Cyrus to four stars, and unlock about half the add-on content for this game!

(I feel... questionable for having used the first Rakshasa tome I got on Akane. Mistakes were made? Now I can focus on grinding Dragon Bearer Psalms, at long last.)

If you aren't interested in rising Shadow in the Dragon Bearer Psalm AD, you can skip that grind with Tsubura Gems.

As cool as Guildna is as a character, his strats are a bit on the "meh" side compared to a lot of things avaiable nowadays.

I'm not too big on strats, so... I struggle rather quite a bit.
I've noticed the Tsubura Gem trade for the Psalms, I just haven't bothered investigating how to grind for them yet. (On account of, well, Rakshasa Tomes...)

You can get like 100 per week doing red keys and 2xGreen ADs as far as I remember. Out of habit I get them each week so I don't remember much xD

Usually you save them for 3xTreatrise you want, but some Psalms are annoying to get. Mind that Feinne's Psalms will be given out to you, as well as most of Miyu's and Ciel's.

Tsubara gems are awarded 10 at a time for finishing ANY VH Another Dungeon run. You can collect 120 gems per week and the limit resets every tuesday. Also OP another heads up the tomes needed to promote story characters are available as rewards/in treasure chests in many of the side episodes. You don't have to grind ADs for them.

Brocknoth: Good to know... I think I ended up using that free Rakshasa tome on Akane, though, so... to grind-ville I had to go. I suppose this was my wake-up call to keep an eye on what characters to prioritize for promotion.
I'll have a look at those Very Hard dungeons - Aldo locked at 60 nearly 500 hours in is starting to give me gas.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the character upgrade system. It bugs me sometimes. BTW you'll need to promote Amy to 4* to continue the main story at some point if you haven't already. Though I believe her and Cyrus were the only two characters that needed to be promoted to unlock additional content.

4-star Amy, is that the one with the Assassin's Fist tome? I got that one done and dusted some months back. It was much smoother than looking for a second Rakshasa Tome...
The wiki saved my sanity - but finding maps for story/Episode/Mythos dungeons isn't as easy as I'd like it to be. (Hence me MacGyvering an ugly-as-sin map-like object for the Spirit Sanctuary, whoop.) I haven't been to the subreddit very much, but I'll keep it in mind.
