Can't download the game--constantly going past 100%

I really want to start this again for the upcoming collab but nothing I do is actually downloading the game and I'm at wit's end. I've verified files, I've started, restarted, nothing. Works. The even more laughable part is every time I restart the 2/2 download gives me a different number--First it was 300MB, then 5MB, then 3.6GB, then 30.1MB, etc. I'm about ready to just give up. Please help!

Yeah, that everchanging number is annoying, so ignore it completely. Let it download, it will finish at some point, but it takes a certain amount of time longer, since it constantly goes past the 100%. Just start the download and ignore it, until the start screen pops up again :)
