Need help changing language

For whatever reason the game started in japanese (all my regional settings are english) and I just have no idea how to change my language.

look in config for this :

言語

there you will see this: 日本語 all you have to do is change that to English.

He won't find it as "English" if the game is in Japanese. He needs to select 英語.
