I just finished a chapter but seems I havent received any story reward the link mentioned

Check on the menu last button theres an inbox for messages rewards are sent there.
If not check the awards section you claim medals there and the rewards with them.

Every chapter gives a reward, Also, there's currently a campaign giving you extra stones for starting the Barouki side story near the locked house.
