Was Tommy Dreamers Ken-do Stick Taken Out

I tried to grab Dreamers Ken-do stick at the top of the ring and could not pick it up. I tried just in his hard core arena and could not pick it up. I was wondering if it was taken out.

instead of one in the center top of the ring in HoH, there's one in each corner at the top in every arena
