No Create A Wrestler?

Surely this is a prerequisite for a wrestling game.

Not that I don't love create a wrestler, but outside of the budgetary constraints of adding it for a company our size, we are also trying to support the wrestlers in the game as well. The wrestlers in CAW that we all create don't get anything. So that is an added benefit for them. Not ruling it out for the future, but just stating our reasoning.

Appears so. for $30 I'll be holding off until some sort of CAW is implemented. :( I was excited about this game, but thought it would be $20 tops for the limited roster and no multiplayer/CAW implementation. :(

Yeah, a very hard sell with no Create-a-wrestler and the game is headlined by the wrestling legend The Blue Meanie and Nick Aldis

The ONLY wrestlers I see that I liked growing up when wrestling was good are the Road Warriors and a nice surprise is Nikita Koloff when he was the beast during his early career. Those are the only wrestlers I'd play with in the game, so further problem for me would be $30 for only 3 wrestlers who I liked. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a CAW system or mega DLC update with dozens of more wrestlers may be available eventually. I'd love to see Andre, Buiser Brody, Abdullah the Butcher, The Midnight Express, and Powers of Pain (just to fight the Road Warriors). Plus toss in Paul Ellering to be the Road Warriors manager. LOL

We are working on getting additional names, but obviously we need support for that to happen.

We really focused on gameplay and making it fun to play. As a big fan of the original Wrestlefest and that being the reason I made this game, I can say we have made something that I really enjoy playing. I hope that is the case for others as well.

Thank you for responding. Do you have plans to include CAW? I think that this could assist in nullify the need for you to splash out on getting those additional names.

The game has an interesting roster. I didn't even think about a create a wrestler for this game. I just figured it would be like the old game, but updates with new wrestlers. Also some of the wrestlers I really like are in the game. Nick Aldis is one of my top wrestlers (top 3 maybe at this point). Glad to see him in another wrestling game after a decade. How about you let us smash the parts together of the existing wrestlers and select just the moves that are already implemented? frankenstein wrestlers ftw 😀
