I have the achievement but am not sure how I got it. I guess playing a bunch of games at some point I kicked out and didn't realize it.

You can try to play against wrestlers with submission finishers, I think they are more likely to trigger their fns when you're still strong enough

Commenting to follow up if anyone knows. I've kicked out of submission finishers and actual finishers and haven't got the achievement, I have to wonder if your health has to be at a certain point, if they want you to kick out specifically with a second wind, or what they're looking for in that regard.

I randomly just got it when zack sabre jr put me in his finisher and I didn't even break it and it gave it me before it broke. So I have no idea what caused it to give it to me.

Ok, well that is not good! Looks like we kind of fixed it? I will get this back to the programmer.

Yeah it was weird I did break it a few seconds after but still odd that it gave it to me before the break actually happened.

I need a little help with this achievement...Can you please explain how to kicked out from the opponents finish? In general, how to reverse moves?

People seem to be having more success against Nick Aldis or ZSJ. We do think there is a bug in this though and are investigating it now. But some have unlocked it.

I think there might be a bug in this achievement, Because I did try against Nick Aldis and kicked out from his finishing move but no achievement...or perhaps someone can upload a video of succeeded kicked out with the achievement earned.

Got The Achievement... It wasn't easy, The Trick for me was raising the momentum bar to 100%, Second wind to 70% and then wait for ZSJ to do his finishing move and when I kicked out with HAWK I also did a Second Wind...

I think I can pinpoint the confusion on this achievement. Second wind DOES NOT count as kicking out. There may be an error where you can kick out and second wind on the same frame so it may appear that second wind unlocked this achievement, but it does not.

Most of the time, a finisher submission will just KO you, but if you have enough stamina/momentum you can mash out of it sometimes with a 'normal' kick out / break out.

There is a separate achievement for winning a match after second wind, so allowing this achievement to trigger on second wind as well seems redundant to me.

Perhaps a note could be added to this achievement that second wind doesn't count?

I managed to do it against ZSJ (yay, all trophies!). I used the strong move button to kick out of the finisher.
