I think it would make sense to map this action to the taunt button. It could even trigger a quick animation where you pull your opponents shoulders off the mat like you are toying with him. I don't think going to a headlock in one motion would be a good idea as that would still lead to not being able to break up an opponents pin in fatal four way or tornado tags.

This is a great point. Yeah the fatal 4 way in 10lbs mode is the hardest match in the game and probably more frustrating then it should be.
I will check with my lead programmer and see. Adding the animation would take a little time, but I think the pin release and just standing up would not.
And I guess taunt makes sense. But I was thinking using the pin button would be more intuitive?
Another good point. Programmatically that could get tricky. Need to think about that one
I made the Tour of the Islands in Fire Pro Wrestling World and I think it came out pretty good, but yours looks infinitely better.
