Finisher Move List (Done when purple bar is flashing)

Need to build your momentum up with doing moves or using the Taunt Button. Once flashing you can do your finisher.

havent gotten far enough to do one.. does it tell you where to be or move or do you have to know the wrestler or guess or somethign?

Not sure I understand the question. Right + Strong Grapple means you must have the player in a headlock and then press right + the strong attack button. It does not mater where you are in the ring.

Also, if you are having a problem filling your momentum bar, you should use the taunt button as that will fill it.

I doubt it, but are there any tag finishers, or any way to do the Doomsday Device?

To perform the doomsday device, you must have a tag team that includes both road warriors. Make sure both of their momentum values are at high level.

While controlling Animal, perform a headlock tag with Hawk.

They will perform the Doomsday Device instead of a normal team up move.

If I remember correctly, it is strongest non-finisher move in the game.

I’m saying if you in theory didn’t have the internet or know the wrestlers moved how do I know what Johnny retros finisher is vs blue meanie or where to be? In the WWE games for example if you pause the game and look at some screen called like Character Moves you can look up their move set and finisher including where to stand. And while I appreciate the fleeting nature of the finisher energy I kind of like the idea what if I max my energy it would store a finisher ha worrying about it going away while I get in position. I am learning more and playing better now with the tips here. Obviously as you’ve noted some of these tips need to get into the game for non forum people but that’s easy. The game itself is awesome :)

Hey Spindustry, great point. We are figuring out how to add more info to the game. The old school gamer in me might have come out a little too much. We definitely have to add some little touches here and there to get the players more informed without having to come here.

So we are going to post stuff here in the short term but make goals to get all this info in the game.

I got it. Its after you're low on health and you kick out of a move with the second wind text showing up.

i feel both ways on this. if you think back to snes everybody knows how and where to do the finishers for royal rumble and raw. that will quickly become the case here as well. that being said, it also takes me back to wwf war zone when i had to buy a magazine to look up how to do finishers. thankfully, with attitude they changed it so that you could pause the game and look them up. then again on snes they might have been in the manual and mike has shown that the manual does indeed list how to do them, unfortunately there will probably be a larger number of folks who didnt purchase the physical case, so perhaps adding it in, even if its all explained on one page in the options menu somewhere as opposed to pressing start for each wrestler while playing.

Makes sense for accessibility but having to go out of my way to find the finishers is all a part of the fun for me and brought me closer to the community by sifting through discussions frequently. Also highly doubt you would know about or own this game if you didn't have internet, but fair point

Thanks, I needed to raise the second wind meter to around 70% from 0%, and then it worked.
