You are getting tired!!
You are getting tired!! Are you serious? I have only been driving 10 minutes! Is there any way to reduce the number of rest stops?

No. Yet if you have a sleeper truck, just 'rest' literally in the middle of the road, even at high speed. Or you can change the ini file to avoid rest stops altogether.

Just click " Advance time " for minimal 8 hours .This is considered sleep and you won't have the warnings for the next 15-17 minutes.

i know a way to stop that

save your game and exit

step 1 press c:drive
step 2 press documents
you should see the game file here
step 3 click on it
step 4 config

look for forteage
it will have a "1"
that means he's tired
change to 0
be shore its like this "0"

do this with police
and clock

when done

final step press file then press save
close out
run game on steam

that will stop him being tired and stop police bothering you

you can change your account example if you have 13000 put a 9 before it
have fun

That was very helpful about telling us how to stop the tiredness by going into the config file. The tiredness thing was really annoying me in game every ten minutes. The only way to sleep if you don't have a Sleeper cab is to find a hotel but they're pretty scattered far between so you end up constantly dozing.

What were SCS thinking of in those early days making the driver get tired every ten minutes. Lol.

Well... 10 minutes real time is about 12 hours in game which is only 2 hours less than the Hours of Service for modern trucks I think sooo.... they were thinking of having you stick to your log book to not get fined.

You could just do what I do. At 7 PM sleep 12 hours. Start driving again at 7 AM then at 7PM rinse and repeat. The first truck the game gives you is a sleeper so use the advance time function to sleep. Or you can disable that feature by messing with the config if you don't want the realism. My issue has been crashing but it's most likely that the game really doesn't like running on windows 10 since its from 2007.
