Has anyone else ran into the weird circle puzzle thing?

Ran into a giant circle eye thing, opens up some weird math puzzle. I've never done one before so I have no idea what im looking at. It says 11 on the right, but the box is only 10 squares long. Its not like minefield because it doesnt tell you when you fail, so im assuming its trying to build some sort of symbol?

Yes. Each row need the number of square indicated. 1 1 mean that they are two 1 Square that are not connected. 5 mean 5 square are connected in the same row.
Good luck and feel free to leave the answer. I failed to finish some of them so far.

The Dev said the puzzles aren't necessary to be completed to finish the game, which is good news, because I couldn't figure them out either.

The bottom line has a dot, which is not allowed according to the number of the right of the screen. (No "1" at the bottom line)

Same for the most right column, you have activated a dot, which is not allowed.

you need to remove 1:3 and 3:1 and add 3:3
