Illusion did dissolve as per their home government pressures. They closed down and moved and re-opened under a new name. And put out a new game.

It was steam that saved this and their other titles from being shut down to new sales. A deal must have been struck for this to happen. Perhaps a bigger cut and we will pass the rest under the table to you.

if so, just install the newest HF patch. Than also has the official adult patch bundled, so you shouldn't need to worry about it.

It is sad to see a developer go under, but the writing was on the wall when they started altering their games through patches to please ppl who would never play them.

And here I thought my mere 35 hours was excessive. Still holding bitterness from the April patches, so appreciate knowing the new name to avoid.

all this just to rebrand and sell the same type of games with less features for more money

So... Their government didn't like the content, and the developer made another game with the same content, and now it's fine.

So... Their government didn't like the content, and the developer made another game with the same content, and now it's fine.

Not exactly.

They relocated their studio to a region that allows them to continue working.

This is probably why the original games were not fully pulled from Steam as anticipated.
