Cannot give balls to futa, help please?

I have hf pack, i selected an option of display female balls from plugin menu (F1), nothing happens when i select balls for a girl.., iv looked all over the internet, people can do it but nobody seems to be telling how to do this..., I really don't like futa without balls.., thanks..

Uh. I believe you have to do that in the character editor. There should be a option in the body tab, where is a option from UncensorSelector (a plugin) to add a penis/balls to a girl to make a creature.

You still need help? If you do, get patch version v2.10 and then go to v2.11 Under the startup underneath "Additional Tasks" before you run the "SetUp" that's one of the things that it'll ask YOU, Unselect delete all mods before installation and ONLY select delete duplicates. Then from that point on when you go into the customisation screen on v2.11 you should have full P and Balls sets as an option, which you can change the size of both individually.

Yes, you can play as a girl and as a futa. To play as girl is a basic game feature.
To play as Futa you need to install mods, though.

But I believe there are not that many H scenes for lesbians.
