how do i remove the darn breast/nipple censor?

i have downloaded the HF patch and the Better Repack R6 but i still cant figure out how to remove that large breast/nipple censorship. It makes dressing in more revealing outfits worthless. Can anyone help?

@ideduce that is some hericy that just stopped me from getting this game cause why the ♥♥♥♥ would i pay someone else for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ patch that they have no right monitizing and why cant the devs just make the patch for like 2 dollars and sell it were its legal

You do know that servers cost money, right? Especially if thousands of people are downloading ~ 20 GB. This is why torrent exists: There is no server, so no payment needed.
