What is the gameplay of this?

I've had this wishlisted forever, but every sale I take a look and don't understand what the game is actually about. I get the character creator is great, but besides that what do you actually DO? Even a tl;dr version would be super helpful!

Kinda like The Sims in a survival setting on an abandoned island.

It's a survival, fishing , foraging, farming, animal training, pet making, alchemy, house building, exploring, treasure hunting, trading, walking, running, 3D Life, educational, open ended, adult game..

Basicly someway that there all above say but, base think what you can do is: Idle/watch thinks because, you can't interactive almost anyting expect collect resouces & build someting that some have some functions but, mostly of them you can't do anyting expect girls & then speaking for girls, keep girls happily & maintain their healty & then keep fun with girls. In editor you can just build & customed your self/girls. You don't need to maintain your healty, you don't need eat yourself. You can sleep to skip a night, if you wish & that is.

It's game in sale ever? Yes, it's is & actually many times but, still game worth every dollars & It's better game that many others their products in my mind.
