Anyone know how to get the subtitles for the sex scenes?

There are none. At least no official ones. I am not sure if the HF Patch adds (machine translated) subtitles for the H scenes. At least for Koikatsu Party (another Illusion game) it's possible.

I already downloaded the HF Patch and it does not have any like that

Well, there is, sort of, HF Patch mod had those, but you had to check and turn on when install, it's basic beta. Look up steam guides, see there word HF Patch, and lead to website where you able to download HF Patch Mod.
