Help unlocking everything in the gameplay mode.

I have installed the FH patch, can anyone help me figure out how to unlock all items and max all stats please

umm cheat mod is f7 I think for all items (or f8 one removes all and 1 adds all) don't recall if that the patch or seperat mod.

You don't really want to max all stats your suppose to like choose a couple so they develop a particular personality along with traits (which can grow organically from the stats or put in) just gift them what you want +100 gems though I know there is a manual edit somehow with patch or cheat w/e.
