how to get better equipment in this game? The recipes are locked and i combed the entire island, picked up every single thing from the nodes, crafted a lot of other materials, still the recipes to craft better equips dont unlocked, searched everywhere on the net and cant find answers, anyone can help?

Press each diagram marked ?. See what each need specificly to unlock. Some things you must make Carbon, Pipes and such. Somethings must be grown or found like Curved banato(might be wrong word) or batteries.

To get some thing you need items in several steps, from scrap metal to iron, iron to metal fitting or pipes. branches to wood, wood to charcol to Carbon. You get the idea i hope.
