Question about Nudity or Sexual Content

This game looks interesting, but i do not want to engage in sex, i don't want to see any sex scenes , nor do i want to see any nudity, can i avoid this?

That tells me you haven't played Koikatsu without patch. The game had adult content without the external patch applied.

To be honest, based on previous illusion games, the gameplay will be pretty bad. If you aren't interested in the sexual content you'll most likely be disappointed by the gameplay elements. At that price there are better options for survival games that are far far cheaper, especially if you aren't interested in the sexual side of things.

Quite Simply the answer to your question is yes. Assuming that you play the game as a survival game the only nudity that you may encounter is an AI bathing or heading to bath site if dressing area is not nearby. To stop this from happening you can put clothes into the lower section of dresser or hamper which will provide bathing attire for the AI to don depending on what gender the main player (you) are and what gender you choose for each additional AI.

There is no requirement for sexual interatction between AI and Player. As your relationships grow with each AI they will become naturally more familiar with you in different ways. Some will be needy while others more independant. Should the time come when an AI askes you for Etch, you can always say no. DO NOT assign Nympho skill to any AI, let them develop their own. Keep a check on their skills, reassign them as you see fit (at three hearts or better). Self Satisfying is a good one to install.

You can still enjoy the merits of survival on a tropical island with or without added AI. You need only one AI to help you finish the game. Intercourse or nudity has nothing to do with the game play through to end of game or achievement of all goals. Bottom line, you can enjoy the game from beginning to end without any nudity or sexual relationships. You will need to build a relationship with your AI partner but that is a relationship of trust only.
