Massive FPS drop after this update. CPU constantly pegged at 100%.

If you aim at gamers by all means fine add some gameplay to it... there are more changes in the VR section that actual implement some real flight dynamics.

Reading the "Sim Update" is more subtle changes than any real sway from the current arcade level of simulation you offer, once again is all about the graphics and horrible to use a simulator.

The sim is arcade and the SDK does not allow for better model either, the Just Flight is just nice to look at, not sure why Microsoft hasn't pulled the project and given to someone who can implement good simulation, clearly the team has no interest in aviation starting from the CEO of Asobo itself, although they said they got a pilot license to understand better what's all about.

Sure updates are appreciated in general but clearly this is either a bad tech demo (graphics and Azure Servers exposure) or it was released 2 years before schedule.

You know, you dont have to play it while obviously you are just toxic without any fight experience at all.

Its pandemic time...too many ppl are at home borred so they start trolling and being toxic. One thing I accualy dont believe is your 50-60 fps with all maxed out, that is not possible you are just teasing I reckon. My rig is kinda higher and I settle with a steady 30-40fps. In VR it almost is steady at 30fps.

My download is looping again! I had to fire up my old 4G router to finish the update and this issue goes way back? Also now the sim runs very poorly with stutters and hitching all over the place? The sim used to run much smoother but now I can't stomach firing it up due to the often stutterers and micro stutters. I've tried everything in the book to get the frame pacing issues resolved but without success! :( (3440x 1440 - 9900k - 2080ti 16gb).

Let face it the majority, not even average, person using MSFS has very little acumen on flying, flight dynamics and principle of flight, some even tried to question me once on facebook with regards exactly on adverse yaw (after over a decade of flying from tail dragger to anything that can stay up in the sky which is not commercial), like if science is something a fanboy can debate, however they can indeed, they are very much similar to flat earther and ASOBO march on it by providing them with more rubbish and little real fixes.

Rudder pedals in MSFS are totally pointless in the sky, they work as steering wheel pretty much, among other things. Last sim update was a total joke, that wasn't an update that was mostly bug fixes, not exactly the same thing.

It is fun online with friends, only way to enjoy this as an online game, as a sim is embarassing, probably worse than Microsoft Flight.

This game is a bigger joke than 'president' biden.

I just wanted to say that it runs very smooth for me. I haven't 'played' much yet (most of the 10 hours or so is installation time/running in the background).

I recently got a HDR monitor, and wanted to try this. It looks absolutely stunning, 50-90 fps or something like that. Very smooth anyway. I only took a test flight in the default C172 in my home city, so I haven't tried any of the more advanced aircraft yet.

I have a Ryzen 7 2700X, RTX 2070, 32GB.

Guys, i am getting sick of your complaining attitude. Every update i see these reponses.
There is another great Update. Read the damn log. It's like they fixed 100 things. Yet all you can do is complain and ♥♥♥♥♥ about that single detail you care about which is still not OK.
Yes there is still much to do. But if you care about the product, give the devs some credit for the hard they put in here to improve this amazing title. Show some respect.

I installed the update and my game is loading and working perfectly. Update downloaded with out any problems. So please stop spreading things that aren't true. Game is very responsive. Loads quickly from my SSD and flights also load quickly. Not one single game crash either.

You're one of those idiots "My game works fine, so i guess everyone is just lying and being a crybaby" There are more people that are having serious issues and bugs with this game than there are who have "no issues" Do some research and you will see, stop spreading misinformation that the game is "fine"

I mean no disrespect, but did they play test before they released? It is extremely rare for any of my games to literally stop working, but that is what has happened here. I hit like 1 fps after a certain amount of time flying, which then leads to a crash.

This is really not acceptable. I currently don't have a working product - which worked perfectly fine prior to this update.
