To install Microsoft Flight Simulator Steam version

Open Steam. Make sure you are logged in with the Steam account used to purchase Microsoft Flight Simulator

Go to "Library"Steam_Library.PNG
Locate the game on the left-hand bar and press the "Install" button to install the launcher.
Once the launcher is installed, click on Play.
Sign in to Microsoft Flight Simulator with the Microsoft Account/gamertag you want to associate with Microsoft flight Simulator. See our knowledge base article for details: Gamertag & Microsoft Account FAQ
On the "Welcome, set your experience" screen, using the checkboxes, select the content you want to download and install.

I have the xbox app on my PC but still it does the GO-AROUND everytime it reaches 98%!!

Yet again another month of waiting. Still CTD when clicking fly button, all MSFS in game add-ons are updated and I have no external mods for this game. No hope for this game since it came out for Xbox Series X.

Super Update, in Frankfurt zB ist die Performance jetzt völlig den Bach runter trotz R9 5900x und 3080ti. Das kann ja wohl echt nicht wahr sein.

Unfortunately they didn't. I don't know what's on with the elevation data, but Bürgenstock, right behind the Pilatus Aircraft Factory and near the Buochs Airport, has a huge "drop" in Elevation, that does not exist like this (one street of the photo ground texture drops from top to bottom horizontally). I don't know, why they are not using the freely available elevation data of SwissTopo.
