Military Aircraft

I, personally, would love to see military aircraft implemented into the game. Mind you, I do not mean weaponry. While that would be the bee's knees, this is a flight sim and not a combat flight sim. I'd even be willing to pay for said aircraft as paid DLC and not just a mod. In fact, where is that "take my money" gif... hmmm...

But, Keet, of which aircraft are you speaking?

Umm... all of them? XD

F-18 is a classic choice. It is an amazing aircraft and a joy to fly on other sims. I am a fighter junkie so along those line the F-16, F-22, F-104, F-4, P51, Me 262, Spitfire, P39, P38, F4U, F-117, F-15, MiG-29, and the F-14 are all really great. Really I could go on and on. Oh and the helicopters... or bombers even. Okay I don't even know where this is going. But! I would be overwhelmingly delighted to see any of the above or others not mentioned implemented in any way.

Above all, I think I would wish for the YF-23. It is a seldom known aircraft, but in my humble opinion it is the best looking fighter. Even if... you know.. it lost to the F-22.

Some may not that I didn't include the F-35. While yes, it may be one hell of an aircraft, it also looks like a guinea pig that was shaved, stretched, and painted gray.

if you want military planes...take a look at DCS. AC10-C is my first game from these guys and you literally can "manually" cold start the thing. Paid a few more after that, like Black Shark. Albeit the ground details not as good as this game.

Naww we mean things like C-17 Globmaster, C-5 Galaxy not just fighter aircraft.

C-5 gets my vote - I was a flight engineer on them. Hopefully with the old GE TF-39C engines with their famous "whine" and then the CF-6 C-5M engines as well. That would make my YEAR! :-)

Maybe bacause you just want to fly without combat? I want military aircrafts but I don't want to shoot at ♥♥♥♥. I want them for the speed and looks. Plus the ground in DCS doesn't look half as good.

Because I cant fly over my house in an F14 in DCS, becasue I cant fly down the Grand Canyon in an F18 in DCS, because I cant fly over Ankor Wat in a Spitfire in DCS...are you starting to get the idea?

Just a heads up...I've flown over a few military bases on this sim so far...not much to see...no runways..buildings are just blocks....and most likely for a very very good reason...national security.
