Custom building help needed.

I am trying to create custom buildings to add to MSFS. I have the model built in sketchup, and in Blender, but I cant seem to be able to export it as a useable file, even though I have the MSFS plugin installed for Blender. I am just trying to figure this all out. If I can, I want to create a ton of stuff for people to use.
