Also, copy-pasting it into the community folder... did you perchance forget to unpack it? Flightsim.to mods usually come .zip'ed or .rar'ed, you need to unpack them for them to be usable for MSFS.
i just open the downloaded zip, then pull the zip file out (extract) then paste to my community folder. for example: livery-b737max-DELTA a plane model
It literally says it's a livery, not an aircraft.
1. Do not COPY/PASTE.
2. Do not assume which COMMUNITY FOLDER is the one used
To install MODS/ADDONS: - (unless a README TXT file in the ZIP tells you otherwise)
Find the COMMUNITY FOLDER your Game is pointed to:
C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator
Last File there "UserCfg.opt" open with NOTEPAD (Untick Always Open with)
Last Line shows you the Game Install Path e.g. if it's on another Drive: InstalledPackagesPath "E:\Steam\steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimulator\Packages"
The Used COMMUNITY FOLDER is in that Location. Best make a QUICK ACCESS Link to that COMMUNITY FOLDER in File Explorer for convenience.
DOWNLOAD your MOD/ADDON then Open but then best to use COPY the above Location e.g. E:\Steam\steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimulator\Packages\COMMUNITY" and use EXTRACT TO and PASTE that Location. This means it will not EXTRACT it elsewhere for you to need COPY ALL Files again to another Location and take up double space.
Another easy way to do that is DRAG/DROP onto the name COMMUNITY of that Location but be absolutely sure you do NOT DROP on top of another Folder Name.
I say this because there is a Double COMMUNITY FOLDER inside: C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community
which it might use if you did NOT install onto another Drive. You can EDIT either to be the Location you use regardless.
You will need to buy the Bredok3D 737 MAX.

and i have pasted it, only 3 mods are working, let me list put the mods that i ve have:
bredok3d-boeing737-a320neo (its an aircraft)
FBW_A32NX_Livery_AirAsiaMalaysia-9MRAL (its an aircraft)
topmachstudios-f22a-raptor
all downloaded from flight sim.to
but only f 22 shows up...
If you COPIED the ZIP then that clearly is not going to work as it needs Unpacked. To do that you do it in 3 ways. My 2 ways prevents needing to COPY the Unpacked Folder again which uses double space. DRAG & DROP onto the COMMUNITY Name itself will Unpack it the same as using EXTRACT TO in the File Explorer Menu.
Asking for DESKTOP DIRECT CONNECTION to Users is a serious risk to both parties for obvious security issues. You should not request this on here.
You could try removing the F22 and start with just your 737 but seriously it will only be a huge disappointment as it has very poor quality in the Cockpit. The only upside is it might work. If you could, REQUEST REFUND from where you got it. If MARKETPLACE then you contact ZENDESK: (you CAN in fact request a REFUND) else just call it MAFIAPLACE as that is a fitting name.

Look at the category it is in on Flightsim.to! And for the FBW it's even in the name!
There have been other real situations when an actual Aircraft Mod/Addon does not appear in the Hangar.
